Dinner at Elmer's

Monday Night we had an opportunity to have dinner at the house of a long time friend and employee here at the Home.  His wife Sara made us a wonderful dinner of typical Guatemala foods.  The Guacamole was a favorite of the team although, I really enjoyed the salad which can be best describes as Big Mac sauce with shredded lettuce stirred into it.  We were certainly blessed.
